Now, we want to expand the international market and confidently push our brand to the world.

• Can I get extra assembly accessories( such as screws etc.)?

  Yes, All our products come with the required accessories to fully assemble them. We will put about 1-3% free extra screw accessories into the container according to every orders.

• What happens if my products are damaged?

  If the products have been damaged during transportation from China to destination, please take pictures and send the details to us, we will study seriously and take related responsibility . But if the damages are incurred and man-made after arrival, any
  compensation to be discussed before coming to a conclusion.

• How does your factory do regarding quality control?

  Our quality control team will take quality control of each production process. Or you could arrange inspection or we help you to do the inspection for the orders before shipment.

• How can I be know the product is correct and up to standard?

  We will make the products according to the Proforma Invoice, after production, we will help to do the inspection for customer here, then send customer inspection report. Or customer can ask inspection authorities to our factory for quality inspection.

• How can I make a change or cancel my order?

  Making a change to your order or cancel the order is depending on if related raw materials have been purchased or not. If some materials can be canceled or not in hand already, change or cancel is negotiable.

• Can you protect my market if we buy from you?

  Sure, our factory marketing policy is that we only sell the same products to one customer in one country.

• Can I place LCL order?

  Sure, but unit price to be confirmed based on LCL order.

• Can you help us to develop our own designs?

  Sure, our Research and Development Team can make the samples based on photo or draft. Based on our Non-disclosure Agreement, we wouldn’t show any information about any customers products to others customers.

• Could you accept OEM OR ODM orders?

  Yes, we could do the orders to meet our customer’s request.

• Can I choose materials color or use my own fabric or other materials?

  Yes, please send the materials swatches for our reference before the production.

• Can I order a sample from you?

  Yes, but we will charge double or triple price for the sample. But we will refund the sample cost after placing 1*40ft container order from customer.

• What are your warranty terms?

  2 years’ warranty.

• Can i visit your factory?

  Sure. We warmly welcome your visit to our factory at any time.

• What is your delivery time?

  About 30-45 days after received 30% deposit or original L/C,depends on how many items and quantity.

• What is your payment term?

  T/T, 100%, L/C at sight, Western Union

• What is the loading port?

  SHENZHEN or Guangzhou

• What is your MOQ?

  Our MOQ for chair is 100pcs per color per design, for table is 50pcs per color per design
