4.Q:What is your payment term?
A: T/T, 100% L/C at sight, Western Union
5.Q:What is your delivery time?
About 30-45 days after received 30% deposit or original L/C,depends on how many different items in your order.
6.Q:Can i visit your factory?
A:Sure. We warmly welcome your visit to our factory at any time.

7. Q:What are your warranty terms?
A:12 month, but our customer all offer end users 2years’ warranty.

8.Q:Can I order a sample from you?
A:Yes, we will charge double price for the sample. But we will refund the sample cost after place 1*40ft container order

9. Q:Can I choose materials color or use my own fabric or other materials?
A:Yes, please send the materials to our factory before the production. However, we are not responsible for the materials quality and freight cost.

10.Q:Could you accept OEM OR ODM orders?

A: Yes, we could do the orders according to our customer’s request.

11.Q:Can you help us to develop our own designs?

A:Sure, we could help for that according to your photo and requests.Your design we never show to other customer and sell to other customer.

12.Q:Can I place LCL order?

A:That’s no problem.

13.Q: Can you protect my market if we buy from you?

A:Sure, our factory marketing policy is that we only sell the same products to one customer in one country.

14.Q:How can I make a change or cancel my order?
A:Making a change to your order is only allowed before production and the materials color you choose is our regular colors. Once your order has been produced, the order cannot be canceled or returned.

15.Q:How can I be know the product is correct and up to standard?
A:We will make the products according to the Proforma Invoice, after production, we will help to do the inspection for customer here, then send customer inspection report.

16.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Our quality control team will take quality control of each production process. Or you could arrange inspection or we help you to do the inspection for the orders before shipment. Before you confirm the inspection report, we won’t arrange the shipment for your order.

17.Q:What happens if my products are damaged?
A:If the products have been damaged during transportation from China to your destination, please take pictures and send the details to us, we will take full responsibility. But if the damages are incurred after arrival, the responsibility will be under the customer.

17.Q:Can I get extra assembly accessories( such as screws etc.)?
A:Yes, All our products come with the required accessories to fully assemble them. We will put about 3% free extra screw accessories in the container for your every orders.
